SP-PID Administrator

Qualifications

• B.S. or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university
• 15 years of minimum Oil & Gas Experience
• Minimum 8 years in role of Administration of Smart Plant/Plant Design systems and have experience in Material Specification, Stress Analysis and data sheet development

• 15 years’ experience with EDS, including:      
• • EDS 3D Application    
  • EDS 2D Application 
  • AutoCAD/MicroStation
• Experience in all design modules/ tools of any one or more of the EDS applications; SPPID, SPI, SPEL, S3D. Aveva 3D etc. Aveva P & ID, Aveva Instrumentation, Aveva Electrical
• Specialty in one of the ff. major disciplines: Process, Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Civil & Structural, Mechanical & Piping, Pipeline, Telecom, HVAC
• Designing drafting experience in oil and gas or related process industry
• CAD tools skills such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Smart Sketch
• In-depth knowledge of the operation of a modern CAD design based multi-discipline drawing office
• Supervisory experience
• Familiarity with multi-discipline drafting and modelling functions
• Understanding of CAD enhancement programs
• Word processing and spreadsheet capability
• Site verification and as-building experience, with ability to conduct walkthrough, interpret 3D laser scan data, and use 3D model review applications, i.e., SmartPlant Review, Naviswork review etc.
• Knowledge of Codes and Standards applicable to drawing preparation in oil and gas industry
• Ability to organize and prioritize multi-disciplinary design drafting work to meet the target dates
